Ilyce Brinn, M.S., CCC-SLP

Ilyce Brinn serves as Vice President of Operations & Employee Development for Georgia Care Innovators, where she oversees organizational operations, the Hospice Inpatient Unit, and employee development initiatives that support the organization’s mission of delivering exceptional, person-centered care. Since joining the organization in 2019, she has helped strengthen operational excellence while fostering a workplace culture built on compassion, collaboration, and continuous learning.

With nearly 50 years of experience in healthcare, Ilyce brings a unique blend of clinical expertise, operational leadership, and organizational development to her role. A speech-language pathologist by training, she earned her Master of Science degree and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from William Paterson University. Throughout her career, she has remained committed to helping healthcare organizations balance clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and the human side of care.

Ilyce is passionate about supporting the people who make compassionate care possible. She believes hospice is not about dying—it is about helping people live with comfort, dignity, connection, and purpose. Through thoughtful leadership and employee development, she works to create an environment where team members feel empowered to grow, serve, and make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and families.
