Compassion. Dignity. Leadership.
For more than 45 years, Hospice Savannah has helped individuals and families navigate serious illness and end-of-life care with compassion, dignity, and expert support. Founded by community leaders and supported by generations of donors, volunteers, and advocates, Hospice Savannah has grown into one of the region’s most trusted nonprofit healthcare organizations. As the first hospice provider in coastal Georgia, we have continually expanded our services in response to the evolving needs of the communities we serve.
Over the years, that commitment led to the creation of innovative programs supporting caregivers, older adults, individuals living with serious illness, veterans, grieving families, and others facing life’s most difficult challenges. Today, those services are united under Georgia Care Innovators, the nonprofit parent organization that evolved from Hospice Savannah’s longstanding mission of identifying unmet needs and building solutions. Hospice Savannah remains a vital part of that family of services and continues to serve as the cornerstone upon which the organization was built.
