A Tradition of Remembrance,
Hope, and Healing
The holiday season can be a joyful time, but for those grieving the loss of someone they love, it can also be one of the most difficult times of the year.
Each December, Georgia Care Innovators Foundation and Full Circle Grief & Loss Center invite the community to gather for our annual Tree of Light Ceremony—a meaningful tradition that honors the lives of those we cherish while offering comfort, connection, and hope during the holiday season.
Held on the first Sunday of December, the Tree of Light brings together families, friends, and community members to remember loved ones who have died and celebrate the impact they continue to have on our lives. Through music, personal reflections, candle lighting, and the reading of names, we create a space where memories are honored and grief is met with compassion and understanding.
At Full Circle Grief & Loss Center, we believe that grief is a reflection of love. The Tree of Light ceremony reminds us that while loss changes us, we do not have to walk that journey alone.
