Deneice Knowles, RN

With more than 27 years of nursing and healthcare leadership experience, Deneice Knowles serves as Chief Clinical Officer of Quality & Culture for Georgia Care Innovators. She oversees clinical operations across the organization’s family of services, including hospice, PACE, admissions, after-hours care, the inpatient unit, quality and compliance, education, and culture initiatives.

A registered nurse, Deneice began her career in hospital-based care before moving into home health and later discovering her passion for hospice care. Throughout her career, she has held leadership roles in clinical operations, quality improvement, business development, and organizational transformation, building high-performing teams and strengthening programs across multiple states.

Deneice believes exceptional care begins with engaged caregivers and that a strong organizational culture is the foundation for outstanding patient outcomes. She is passionate about developing leaders, fostering employee engagement, and creating environments where team members feel empowered to grow, connect to purpose, and deliver compassionate, person-centered care.
