When facing serious illness, comfort matters. So does being surrounded by familiar people, places, and routines.
That’s why Hospice Savannah provides expert hospice care wherever patients call home. Whether care is provided in a private residence, assisted living community, nursing home, or our Hospice Inpatient Unit, our goal is the same: to bring comfort, dignity, and support to patients and families when they need it most.
Care at Home
Many people prefer to remain in the comfort of their own home during serious illness. Hospice Savannah’s team works closely with patients, families, and caregivers to provide medical care, symptom management, emotional support, and guidance—all in a familiar environment.
Care in Assisted Living and Nursing Communities
For individuals living in assisted living or skilled nursing facilities, Hospice Savannah partners with facility staff to provide an added layer of support and specialized end-of-life care. Together, we help ensure comfort, dignity, and quality of life.
Care in Our Hospice Inpatient Unit
When symptoms become difficult to manage at home or additional medical support is needed, patients may receive short-term care in our Hospice Inpatient Unit. Designed specifically for hospice patients, the unit provides around-the-clock clinical care in a peaceful, compassionate setting.
