Georgia Care Innovators
Our new name reflects both who we have always been and who we are becoming.
For more than 45 years, Hospice Savannah has served our community with compassion, dignity, and an unwavering commitment to caring for individuals and families. That commitment remains at the heart of everything we do.
Over time, however, our mission expanded. We saw unmet needs in our community and responded by creating new programs and services to support caregivers, older adults, individuals facing serious illness, and those navigating grief and loss.
The name Georgia Care Innovators reflects that evolution.
“Georgia”
speaks to our commitment to the communities we serve.
“Care”
reflects our belief that people and families will always come first.
“Innovators”
recognizes a defining characteristic of our organization: when we see a need, we build a solution.
Today, Georgia Care Innovators unites a growing family of services under one shared vision—to expand access to exceptional care, improve quality of life, and create new possibilities for the people we serve.
The name may be new. The mission is not.
We are still the same trusted organization, guided by the same values and driven by the same commitment to serve—now with more ways to help.
