Grief 101 for Adults

Understanding Grief. Learning to Live with Loss.

This seven-week psychoeducational support group helps participants better understand the grieving process while providing practical tools, support, and encouragement.

When: Tuesdays, 6:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.

Topics may include:

  • Understanding grief and loss
  • Coping with difficult emotions
  • Managing life changes
  • Building resilience
  • Finding support and connection

Registration required.

Grief 101 for Children

Children grieve differently than adults. This seven-week program provides age-appropriate support for children and teens ages 6–17 who have experienced the death of a loved one.

While parents and caregivers participate in the adult Grief 101 group, children engage in activities and discussions designed specifically for their developmental needs.

When: Tuesdays, 6:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.

Spouse & Life Partner Loss Support Group

Navigating Life After the Loss of a Partner

The death of a spouse or life partner creates a unique kind of grief. This support group provides a welcoming space to connect with others facing similar challenges and questions:

  • Who am I now?
  • How do I move forward?
  • How do I handle practical responsibilities?
  • Why do I feel so alone?

Typically meets Thursdays, 11:00 a.m. – Noon

Survivors of Suicide (SOS)

Support After Suicide Loss

The death of a loved one by suicide often brings unique emotions and questions. This group offers a compassionate and confidential environment for individuals grieving a suicide loss. Participants find understanding, support, and connection with others who share a similar experience.

When: First Monday of each month, 6:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.

Camp Aloha

A Special Place for Children to Heal

Camp Aloha is an annual overnight grief camp for children and teens ages 6–17 who have experienced the death of a loved one. Through activities, friendship, creativity, and guided support, campers learn they are not alone in their grief journey.

Camp Aloha is made possible through the generous support of Southern Motors and community donors.

Throughout the year, Full Circle offers opportunities to honor and remember loved ones through special memorial events.
