We are the proud home of Hospice Savannah, the Steward Center for Palliative Care, the Edel Caregiver Institute, and more. Our unified approach provides a seamless ecosystem of support, ensuring our neighbors age with dignity and navigate illness with confidence.
For more than 45 years, we have combined compassion with a relentless commitment to innovation. Guided by a simple belief—that when our community has a need, we have a responsibility to respond—we have continually looked beyond traditional models of care to create new solutions for individuals and families facing serious illness, aging, caregiving, and grief.
From hospice care and palliative care to caregiver support, grief services, and aging programs, we have consistently identified unmet needs and built programs to address them. Along the way, we have expanded access to care, strengthened support for families, and helped more people live with dignity, independence, comfort, and purpose.
Today, Georgia Care Innovators unites these efforts under one vision: advancing healthcare through compassionate innovation. Together, our family of services is creating new pathways to care, improving quality of life, and building a healthier future for the communities we serve throughout Georgia.
